Serendipity is not operational at this time due to an ongoing dispute with the SW Ofsted team.
Due to the serious issues identified, Serendipity followed due process for the PHSO investigation and also commissioned independent reports against Ofsted’s conduct and the ‘Roles, Remit, Actions & Effectiveness of Public Bodies’ attempting to have the serious issues fully investigated. Simon Jupp MP, has been sufficiently concerned to send the report to Secretary of State for Education, Secretary of State for Justice and the Head of the Civil Service. His cover note asked for the case to be thoroughly examined.
The independent reports can be downloaded below. Please contact [email protected] to obtain a password for viewing the content. All supporting documentary evidence is with Simon Jupp MP. Permission can be granted for access.
